Scope
Kizuki-procured Mac mini hardware (~$700), Tailscale VPN, Chrome with customer's social-media cookies, watchdog launchd, cloud → edge job dispatch.
Why this addendum exists
Edge fleet provides 真實 residential-IP automation on hostile platforms (X / IG / Mercari personal). Because automation runs at customer premises with customer's cookies, the legal risk profile differs from the Pro / Business pre-fill model.
Platform Ban Allocation
Customer responsible for ToS compliance + account ownership + physical hardware security + network. Kizuki responsible for agent code + auto-patch + remote diagnostics. Kizuki's max liability for agent-bug-caused ban = 6 months Enterprise fees.
Setup Fee
$500 one-time non-refundable. Covers Mac mini config, OS+agent install, Tailscale+Chrome cookie setup, up to 4 hours remote support, shipping.
Hardware Title
Mac mini title passes to customer on receipt. Customer keeps it after cancellation. 12-month replacement included; after 12mo, $200 re-imaging service or customer buys new.
